What Emily may send on her own
Missed-call text-back
New callers get a set message right away. People we know get a personal text, which you approve while Emily is training.
Never to toll-free numbers or short codes, calls over 18 hours old, anyone who texted since, or anyone who said stop. Pause stops it too.
Personal missed-call texts Training: you approve each one
Send personal texts on their own
Email archiving Training: you archive with one tap
Archive newsletters and app notices on her own
Quote follow-ups Training: you approve each one
Send quote follow-ups on their own
Every other email reply Always waits for you
Orders already placed, complaints, payments, refunds, and anything that isn't clearly a quote request.
Every reply Emily writes Waits for you
Answers, quote questions, voicemail replies, answers to your notes, and the STOP confirmation. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Complaints, refunds, payments, prices Flagged
She acknowledges the problem, asks for the order number, and promises nothing: no refund, reprint, credit or discount. A draft that names a price is flagged too.

Stop everything now
Clear the send queueRemoves every reply already approved and waiting to go out. This works from here, immediately — it does not wait for the extension. Use it if something is queued that you don't want sent.
Notifications
Push to this phoneWhen a reply or a missed call needs you, if Emily stops for 15 minutes, or a part of her goes down.
On iPhone: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and open the Workbench from there to allow notifications.
